You should be aware of the Site Terms.

These Forum Rules are meant to clarify and specify situations under the Site Terms.  They are also meant to explain procedures and policies of the site.

The moderators, managers and administrators of the site will decide whether a rule has been broken, whether the individual knowingly broke a rule and whether a penalty is necessary.  If the person disagrees they can PM an administrator only to discuss the matter politely, but interminable public argument is not allowed because it is disruptive to the forum.  Staff members are chosen considering their judgment skills and have full discretion.

Minor infractions may receive a private message warning to explain the rule first if considered appropriate, or if not, will receive a public warning.  Subsequent infractions will receive a public warning.  Repeated infractions may lead to temporary or permanent banning.

Major infractions are subject to immediate temporary or permanent banning.  Any ban can be put into immediate effect by a manager or administrator.  All bans once in effect are deliberated by the administrators to determine whether they should be permanent.  The individual is then notified by email.

1. No Hacking - Hacking the site, misusing other member's accounts or information, misusing the site especially in any illegal manner will results in instant banning without any warnings.
2. No Discrimination - You may not insult members based on their gender, political beliefs, race, religion, or sexual preference. There may be threads which discuss these factors, i.e. a thread comparing religions; but a sensitive, mutually respectful tone must be maintained or they will be closed. Deliberate bigotry will result in instant banning without any warnings.
3. No illegal content - This threatens the existence of the site, cannot be tolerated and will result in banning.
4. No sexually explicit content - This threatens the existence of the site, cannot be tolerated and will result in banning.  There may be at some time be threads or groups which discuss sexual relationships in a mature, responsible manner.  These will be moderated to ensure that they do not threaten the site.
5. No Flaming - Flaming harms the environment and reputation of the site. It abuses members and drives threads off-topic. The victim may defend themselves against any accusations made to them, but may not make any additional accusations to the flamer which also counts as flaming).
6. No Bullying - Do not pick on other members. Bullying not only harms the members concerned, it harms the environment and reputation of the site. Since bullying may or may not be intentional and has varying degrees, this may range from a minor to a major infraction depending on the circumstances, but it is not tolerated.
7. No Profanity - Profanity is not appropriate content for this site. A censor system is in place, and cheating the censor system is against the rules. If you see that words in your post have been replaced with ****, this probably means that you have done something wrong. Please edit your post and tone it down. All of these specific rules can be summed up in one: Please treat the site and other members with respect, tolerance, consideration and politeness; if you offend others, there is a problem. If they offend you, please contact a manager or administrator.
